Greg Crumpton

FOUNDER & ATTORNEY


Greg created Greg Crumpton, P.A. in 2014 and has been practicing in Lonoke county for 15 years. In 2011 Greg was voted Lonoke's "Best Attorney" in the Stephens Media Lonoke County Readers Choice Readership Poll. He was again voted "Best Attorney" in 2013 by the readers of the Cabot Star-Herald, Lonoke Democrat and Carilsle Independent. In 2021, Greg spoke at the Arkansas State Senate Committee hearing on legislation he assisted in drafting regarding the legal standards of child custody determination and re-determinations. The proposed legislation passed and became official Arkansas law in the summer of 2021. Additionally, Greg was nominated and appointed by Per Curiam to the Committee on Professional Conduct for a 6 year term in January of 2021.

Greg has extensive experience in representing clients in challenging and complex litigation. His diverse practice includes representation in family law matters, civil and criminal litigation, estate planning and personal injury. Greg has argued precedent setting cases at the appellate level, including Singletary v. Singletary in 2013. Clients describe Greg as a tough and thorough advocate but aware and considerate of the delicate nature of their case and how it will affect their lives.



Emily Medders

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY


Emily is an attorney who cares about her clients and her community. She works side by side with Greg to passionately advocate for their clients. Currently, Emily serves as City Attorney for Austin, Arkansas.

Emily has a long history of giving back to her community. She has been involved with many local organizations throughout the years including the American Cancer Society, Samaritan's Purse, and is a provisional member of the Cabot Junior Auxiliary. Emily's professional and personal philosophy is "be the change you want to see in the world."

A Clinton, Mississippi native, Emily graduated from University of Arkansas- Monticello in 2016 and Mississippi College School of Law in 2019. In law school, Emily worked under limited practice for the Hinds County Prosecutor prosecuting DUIs and representing the County in juvenile cases. Before Greg Crumpton, P.A., Emily worked as a bankruptcy law clerk at McNew, King, and Landry, L.L.P., in Monroe, Louisiana.
